热话题与冷思考——西方政党政治的挑战与转型

摘要:

西方政党政治的变化既是西方现代民主政治制度演进的集中体现,也是检视政党制度理论解释力的重要窗口。研究这些变化,有助于深化对政党功能、政党组织以及政党与社会关系的理解。当前,西方政党政治正在经历深刻的结构性转变:传统左右翼对立格局逐渐式微,阶级政治的动员逻辑日益让位于身份政治与文化议题;社会民主党、保守党、基督教民主党等传统大党的支持度持续下滑,民粹主义势力、绿党等新兴力量不断扩张,西方政党体系呈现出极化与碎片化的双重态势;工会、社团等传统中介组织持续弱化,使政党与社会的连接日益疏离,而数字化、社交媒体与算法政治又为政党带来新的动员方式与治理挑战。在危机与转型的双重压力下,西方政党既面临合法性困境,也在探索适应与重塑的路径。为此,本刊以“西方政党政治的挑战与转型”为题,特邀中国社会科学院学部委员、欧洲问题研究专家周弘研究员,从思想理念、组织体系、政治议程等多个维度,系统探讨西方政党政治的最新发展与未来趋势,以期更好地理解当前大变局中的西方政党政治。
