"人类命运共同体"自提出以来,一直受到国外学界的广泛关注。整体上看,国外学界大致沿着"动机·行为·影响"的逻辑主线,在什么是人类命运共同体、为什么要构建人类命运共同体、怎样构建人类命运共同体、人类命运共同体的构建已经和将给世界带来什么影响等重大理论和实践问题上展开研究,并普遍对其构建的长期性和艰巨性达成一致共识。虽然存在偏重实务研究、对"人类命运共同体"学理关注不足、用西方结盟式共同体与零和博弈理论等旧理念解读中国国际战略等局限,但其"动机·行为·影响"研究逻辑、多学科研究视角与综合性研究方法值得学习和借鉴。构建人类命运共同体不是空中楼阁、一厢情愿的事,而是实事求是、多国互动的任务,必须科学把握必然性与过程性的统一,始终坚定构建人类命运共同体的决心和信心。
